We do a lot of online lead generation to run our business.  I thought it was worth sharing the performance or lack there of for one of the companies we recently used to generate leads.  If you come across a company named Data Champs run the other way.  Not only are their leads one of the worst quality I have seen they are unprofessional to work with in trying to resolve the issues we experienced.

If you use online lead generation in your business I would be happy to point you towards legitimate providers if you are interested.

While doing some competitive research on real estate investment training companies I came across this blog posting and was curious to hear what other know and think about Nouveau Riche University.

The news lately is full of the doom and gloom caused by the sub prime market and the real estate foreclosures that followed.  That is exactly why Trump University launched a series of Free Real Estate Seminars to teach people how to invest in the current real estate market and help people get out of a bad situation in the process.
