Any day now I expect to see all sorts of predictions for the real estate market in 2008. Before all the gurus start their lists we want to hear your predictions?
Will the foreclosure situation continue to get worse?
Is this a good time to start investing in real estate?
Will home prices drop or go up?
Which markets are ripe for investment opportunities?
What part of the world do you expect to see large real estate development start?
How about the commercial real estate market?
At Trump University we think there is still an opportunity to invest in foreclosures. We are putting our resources into running free real estate seminars around the country to show people how to turn what can be a bad situation into a win-win for everyone involved.
Another area we expect to see continued growth is in commercial real estate. This is a more sophisticated investment and we feel there are plenty of opportunities for individuals to get involved and learn about how to invest in these properties. In the New Year we will begin a free series of events on this topic as well.
What do you think will be the big real estate issues in 2008? How can we help you grow your business?
